Game Jam

We’re organising a game jam for the 26th and 27th of July! This is a free event and is open to everyone in Dunedin, students and non-students alike, so feel free to share with your friends. Sign up here.

We want to encourage programmers, designers, artists, world-builders and everyone else interested in game development to participate! All skill levels are welcome (even absolute beginners), and don’t worry if you’re an individual - you’ll have an opportunity to form teams at the start of the event :)

We’ll have some technical workshops in the 1-2 weeks before the jam. The event itself will begin the evening of Friday the 25th of July with the release of the theme, team formation, and beginning work on the games. You’ll have all of the 26th and 27th to develop the games, and then at 11.59 PM it’ll be time to submit them for voting.
